we offer free repairs within 30 days of your purchase. after 30 days we charge a small fee for repair, which varies depending on the nature of the repair, plus any applicable shipping costs. for any repairs after 6 months of purchase, we recommend visiting a certified jeweler to make any needed repairs. Manon NYC Inc does not assume any liability for reimbursement of the cost of repairs, gem or gold replacement, or any other maintenance costs; any and all such repairs shall be at the customer’s sole expense.

unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds on jewelry purchases due to the fact that all pieces are made to order. we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase however, so we will offer a store credit or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. customized and specially designed jewelry orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

we are happy to accept orders for international shipment.

our jewelry is of a delicate nature. the matte finish is our signature style. you can clean the pieces with a soft jewelry polishing cloth, but be forewarned, this may make your piece shiny. we suggest the following method for all matte items: use a small amount of toothpaste and a toothbrush to clean the surface which will clean any tarnish while maintaining the matte finish.
